How does the slimming treatment work?
The treatment works by triggering apoptosis of the fat cells. Cooling the tissue crystalizes the fat cell triggering programed self destruction of those cells. In the days following the treatment the cellular debris is removed via the lymph system naturally.
What does it feel like?
The skin is warmed slightly to excite the adipose tissue. Following the gentle warming you will feel a cold sensation as the provider moves the wand across your skin while massaging your skin. Generally people find the sensation to be cooling and pleasant. It is non-invasive and not painful.
What is the down time? Can I return to work?
There is no down time for this procedure. You may return to your regularly scheduled life immediately following treatment.
How many treatments do I need?
Best results are seen after 5+ treatments
What are the Adverse effects?
There are few. Sometimes localized redness that disappears after a few hours. Sometimes some delayed onset muscle soreness that rarely exceeds 2 to 3 hours. Itching can occur usually due to products used on the skin by clients. For this reason it is advised that you avoid using heavy products on the skin the day of treatment. It is also normal after slimming treatments for clients to experience increased urination and/or change in color or smell.
Is there anything I can do to maximize my results?
Yes! Dr. Waite will give you a lymph massage protocol to follow after your treatment. In addition, if you purchase a package you will receive a FREE lymph drainage product. This can also be purchased separately.

How it works:
Using a specialized, FDA-approved Medical Plasma device, it works by utilizing the voltage in the air between its tip and the natural gasses emitted from just above the skin to form an ionized gas charge called plasma. This tiny arc of electricity shortens, contracts and tightens targeted skin tissue instantly by stimulating the fibroblast cells. Your skin’s natural healing process goes into hyperdrive, encouraging your body to create new fibroblast cells. This stimulates the production of collagen which enhances natural volume and elastin which firms the skin. How long will it take to see results?

How many treatments are needed?
